Travis Blum is a Senior Development Manager for Blaze Partners. Mr. Blum is responsible for the day-to-day management of Blaze’s active development projects from feasibility through delivery. He works closely with Blaze’s Senior Executives, Partners and Consultants to carry out the project’s vision and create maximum value.
Prior to joining Blaze Partners, Travis was a Development Manager for Holland Partner Group, a premier multifamily and mixed-use developer on the West Coast. At Holland, he managed the development process of over $400 million of projects costs and was actively involved in an additional $430 million. Prior to Holland, Travis worked in Development and Asset Management roles with McWhinney and Booth Creek Management Corporation.
Mr. Blum received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Travis and his family reside in Charleston, SC.
