Debbie Sosa is a Director of Asset Management at Blaze Partners where she is responsible for monitoring portfolio performance and executing the long-term business plan for each asset. Specifically, she works closely with the company’s capital partners and third-party management companies to create effective operating strategies, develop annual budgets, track financial performance, and carry out various capital projects.
Prior to joining Blaze Partners, Debbie was a Director of Property Management with RangeWater Real Estate where she oversaw a team of Regional Directors across the Southeast. Debbie joined RangeWater with experience in conventional multi-family and student housing projects throughout Florida and the Carolinas. She also has experience in new development, stabilized, and value-add assets. While in her role at RangeWater, Debbie worked closely with the business development team to expand the company’s Build-to-Rent platform by 81% totaling 75 communities and 9,212 units. Throughout her 10 years of property management experience, Debbie has been well-known for fostering successful client relationships and exceeding budgeted expectations through her use of innovative marketing strategies and successful operating initiatives.
Debbie attended The University of South Florida in Tampa, FL and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Communication.
She currently resides in Charleston, SC with her family.
