Jay Sturm is an Investment Associate for Blaze Capital Partners. Jay is responsible for performing the financial analysis of acquisition opportunities and assisting in sourcing, due diligence, performance oversight and asset dispositions. He works closely with Blaze’s Senior Executives and Partners to create maximum value for each investment.
Prior to joining Blaze Capital Partners, Jay worked for for Trammell Crow Company in Atlanta, GA where he was actively involved in multifamily development. Previously, Jay served as an acquisition analyst at Westport Properties and Centum Health Properties in Denver, CO. Within these positions Jay focused on financial analysis, due diligence and asset management of self-storage and medical office buildings.
Jay received his MBA in Finance and Real Estate from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business and graduated from the University of South Carolina receiving his B.S. in Finance and Real Estate. Jay currently resides in Charleston, SC.
