Lauren Schaeffer is a Portfolio Analyst at Blaze Capital Partners where she is responsible for portfolio performance reporting and financial analysis. She works closely with Blaze’s Senior Executives to carryout various asset management initiatives including operational strategy implementation, operational budgeting, portfolio performance review, and debt and covenant tracking.
Prior to joining Blaze Capital Partners, Lauren worked as a property accountant for PK Management, LLC. In that role she supported accounting and financial reporting processes across her portfolio of multifamily properties. Her responsibilities included financial statement preparation, cash management, lender reporting, and financial support to AP, construction management, and operations. When Lauren joined the Blaze team, she began as a Staff Accountant where she supported the Company’s investment accounting and reporting functions through financial analysis, property and partnership accounting and reporting, cash oversight, and tax analysis.
Lauren received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in International Business from Cleveland State University, and a Master of Financial Economics degree from Ohio University.
Lauren currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
